Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Bodyshapers Fitness & Wellness website, member portal, booking system, or facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

Refunds: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for billing errors or exceptional circumstances. Contact us to request a review.

Primetime (6 AM – 6 PM): Members must book a timeslot online to secure gym access during primetime hours. Each hourly slot accommodates a maximum of 2 members.

After 6 PM: Open access for all active members — no booking required.

24/7 Access: Active members may access the facility around the clock, subject to primetime booking requirements during peak hours.

You may book multiple primetime slots per day, but only one booking per timeslot. Cancel unused bookings promptly so other members can access the gym.

Class bookings are available to active members through the member dashboard. Bookings are subject to class capacity limits.

• Cancel at least 2 hours before class start time when possible
• No-shows may affect future booking privileges
• Class schedules and instructors are subject to change with notice
• Men's Yoga on Sundays is included with membership; times are announced separately

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and keep it current.

Monthly billing occurs on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until the balance is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; no further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.

All members and guests must:

• Treat staff and other members with respect
• Follow facility rules and instructor guidance
• Keep equipment clean and return it after use
• Report injuries, hazards, or concerns to staff immediately
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of this code of conduct without refund.

Physical exercise and wellness activities carry inherent risks. By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Bodyshapers Fitness & Wellness, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. You participate at your own risk and represent that you are physically able to engage in the activities you choose.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
